Start by sharing photos, details, and your ideas for the pieces you'd like transformed. We'll review the condition of your jewelry, discuss your expectations, and establish a budget that aligns with your vision.
From there, we'll develop personalized design concepts, inspiration boards, and renderings to reimagine your treasured pieces into something beautifully renewed.
SCRAP METAL
Once your project is complete, you may choose to apply the value of your scrap metal toward the final cost of your new piece or have the remaining metal returned to you. A 15% service fee applies if you request that we melt and process the metal. Any unused gemstones will always be returned.
PRICING
Some redesign projects may require a design fee of up to $500 before mockups and renderings begin. Simpler projects may not require this fee. We'll discuss all costs with you upfront once the scope of your project has been determined.
INSURANCE
For your peace of mind, your jewelry is insured while in our care and during transit using our provided shipping labels. We may request an estimated value, appraisal, or GIA certificate, when available, before receiving your pieces.
