These differences do not constitute product defects.

Natural Gemstones & Diamonds

Natural diamonds and gemstones are unique and may display slight variations in:

These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of genuine gemstones and are not considered defects.

Order Acceptance

Sky Diamond Jewelers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Pricing errors
  • Product availability limitations

 If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

All payments must be completed and verified before orders are processed.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available through our website.

Sky Diamond Jewelers uses secure encryption technology to protect payment information.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Sky Diamond Jewelers is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers are encouraged to ship to secure addresses where someone can receive and sign for the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Certain items are considered final sale, including:

  • Engraved items

  • Modified or resized items

Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry is designed and produced specifically for each client.

Because of the personalized nature of custom work:

  • Custom jewelry orders are final sale
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production begins 

Design approvals and production timelines will be communicated during the design process.

Repairs & Jewelry Service

Sky Diamond Jewelers provides repair services for jewelry.

When servicing jewelry not originally manufactured by Sky Diamond Jewelers, there may be pre-existing structural weaknesses or hidden conditions.

While we take great care during the repair process, Sky Diamond Jewelers is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

Warranty

Our Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural issues resulting from the original craftsmanship
  • Loose diamonds or gemstones caused by a manufacturing defect or workmanship

If we determine that a manufacturing defect exists, Sky Diamond Jewelers will repair or replace the item, at our discretion, at no charge.

What Is Not Covered

Fine jewelry is designed to last a lifetime, but it is not indestructible. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear, including worn prongs, scratches, dents, or metal wear
  • Accidental damage, impact, abuse, or misuse
  • Damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat, or improper care
  • Loss of diamonds or gemstones not caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Theft, loss, or mysterious disappearance
  • Damage resulting from repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by another jeweler

Any repair, modification, or alteration performed by a jeweler other than Sky Diamond Jewelers will void this warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, product designs, text, and graphics—is the property of Sky Diamond Jewelers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Sky Diamond Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
